I've worked with start-ups, scale-ups, social enterprises & B Corps, both B2B & B2C sectors in the Netherlands & UK. I’ve scaled technologies in climate, circularity, education, nature and medical. My work is both strategic & creative but one thing remains the same, the mission is always central.

Fast growing award winning (Top 10 Dutch start-ups, Deloitte Europe top 50) tech business. Seenons platform 'rescues waste' by matching the waste with companies that can use the waste as materials to make new products,.

Mission

To save waste and accelerate the circular economy. 

Challenge

Complex tech, no clear story. Young marketing team and high growth 10-50 people within 1 year.

Outputs

  • Interim MT member with active role in leading, shaping and developing the business alongside CEO and company founders and other heads of departments

  • Defined with the team the company vision, mission and values 

  • Created a clear storyline & company brand handbook

  • Led the communications resulting in national and international coverage

  • Managed and executed communications necessary for 2nd investment round

  • Built a lean and functioning marketing team.

  • Set and managed the execution of the marketing strategy, KPI's and measurement.

  • Repositioned strategy for next phase of growth to Belgium, Germany, Denmark.

Challenge

Multiple companies and no pre-existing content for the programme so all content needed to be created.

Outputs

  • created and delivered all marcomms content for workshops & templates from vision to go to market planning

  • 1-1 coaching 30+ start-ups in edtech, medtech, deep tech, femtech, climate tech 

  • Facilitate 3 day collaboration between Budapest, Amsterdam & Glasgow University on building a university accelerator.

  • Including story, pitch, brand building to achieve investment.
